This café in Tokyo serves pancakes topped with 100g of super creamy, freshly made butter from Hokkaido milk, straight from the ranch. The pancakes are made with Hokkaido wheat. . They also offer other milk, butter and cheese dishes, like fondue and pudding. The café features a sit-down area, a cheese counter for takeout, and a factory section where they make all the butter and cheese. Plus, there’s a to-go spot serving soft serve, cookies, and more.📍BUTTER 美瑛放牧酪農場 Biei Hoboku Rakunoujou . . #pa
